Northern Territory - Australia

A grey green landscape. It s an all poem, an escapade, an evasion. We rush in it, we would like to be permeated with it. We can imagine the Earth at genesis. Virgin, abounding in a frightening wildlife, wonderful or surprinsing. We are affraid to disturb it, and yet, what a delight to dig inside it. ! I have tried to restore the ambiance : wild and soothing at once.

Coolness under palm trees. The weather was stormy, that evening, and the light seemed to pierce the cloudy layer. The beach is just behind.

A nice brightness, early in the day. A lot of petals, some stones and not very straight walls, I have used a wide range of colors.

Trekking in Annapurna

Nepal

An happy recollection of a walk for the top. Six days into the wild high moutain, with rucksacks, crossing rhododendron s forest or suspension bridge, eating tibetan breads with honey or oignon, and falling a sleep like a bear in wood huts with an only candle. A lot of light, and the restful peace of virgin spaces.

Azé church from Mayenne river with a beautiful light this day. Difficult, with a lot of vegetation, trees and water.

Inside wild Northern Territory. There wasn't a lot of brightness this day. I have tried to restore it with tonic colors.

The Twelve Apostles

Great Ocean Road - South Australia

A wild coast, which seems like the french Breton coast. Cliffs, rocks, and this famous Twelve Apostles. Twelve rocky peaks which overhang Indian Ocean, and play a game, every hour of the night and day, with the shades quite contrasting.

Le Couvent d'Agios Stefanos

Meteores - Grece

Perched at the top of steep cliffs, this many monasteries overlooked the landscape. We find there peace, on these dizzy hills, far from turbulences of the Earth. A real haven of rest for the visitor, lost or not.

Yosemite - California - USA

Majestic stone block dominating the Yosemite Valley. This country, inhabited in bears and other things of interrest, take different shades of grey blue for the rocks and grey green for the numerous conifers which live there. Hiking is essential at the day s programme.
