Bread, there as in France, talls with an all ritual. But, it s in front of everybody, at the doorstep, that the baker kneads, shapes, cooks... Everyday, at the daybreak s light, he makes her flat breads, which, depending on the provinces, can take different names : pide, nan, or another word for flat bread. These are cooked directly on the clay oven s side, which is digged on the floor. We stayed a moment, inflamed with this hand game bustling around the fire.

Six days into the wild high moutain, with rucksacks, crossing rhododendron s forest or suspension bridge, eating tibetan breads with honey or oignon, and falling a sleep like a bear in wood huts with an only candle. A lot of light, and the restful peace of virgin spaces.
